1. How long does shipping take?
We offer 5–8 business day delivery across the USA. All orders come with free shipping!
2. Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package anytime.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us to start a return.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all orders.
6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item and we will resolve it immediately.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.
